Can an Order Be Cancelled?
A cancellation request may be submitted while an order is pending or processing, but submission does not guarantee that processing can be stopped. Completed orders cannot be cancelled.
Before Requesting Cancellation
Check the current order status and confirm the username or link. Do not remove or rename the target profile in an attempt to stop delivery because doing so may affect refund eligibility.
How to Request Help
Email support@smbpanel.net with the order reference, target username and reason for the request. If a cancellation is accepted, any applicable credit or return is based on the undelivered portion recorded by the processing system.
Subscriptions
Cancelling an individual delivery order is different from cancelling future subscription renewals. Contact support with the email used at checkout when assistance with recurring billing is required.
