FusionX Usage Agreement
Below is a list of crucial details that users should review before signing up and making purchases on FusionX websites and applications. When users make purchases and register on FusionX websites and applications, it is assumed that they have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for FusionX or use its applications.
Before using FusionX, please read this User Agreement, which contains the general guidelines and legal obligations pertaining to use of the website together with the terms, rules and obligations below.
FusionX recommends that users visit this agreement whenever they enter the site. If these conditions do not apply to you, please do not accept this agreement and stop using the website.
By using the website and completing the membership form with your personal information, you are presumed to have agreed to these terms. FusionX may modify, restructure or discontinue services, goods, terms of use and information made available on this site and its extensions without prior notice.
The site administration reserves its legal rights regarding persons who have not read the following items and may prevent use of the site by a user who has not reviewed them.

Article 1
The descriptions of social media services on FusionX are valid for each 1,000-unit order. Customers who place orders should understand that the number of delivered units increases according to the amount ordered.
Article 2
Every service has its own description. Before placing an order, each customer must read and accept the service description. FusionX does not refund orders where the description was not read.
Article 3
If part of an order is completed or cancelled because of a service problem, FusionX will automatically return the balance for the affected part of the order.
Article 4
FusionX does not return orders where the link, profile or username used in an order is removed, lost or changed after the order is placed.
Article 5
Customers who register and place an order with FusionX accept these rules and may not complain or claim rights contrary to them.
Article 6
FusionX reserves the right to change these terms without notice.
Article 7
Social media platforms change and renew frequently. FusionX services may need to be updated in response. All clients must accept delays caused by those updates, changed delivery schedules or related issues. FusionX may decline to apply refund terms where there is disagreement.
FusionX does not guarantee a delivery time for any service. Any delivery time shown is an estimate only and orders that are processing are not refundable solely because a customer believes they are taking too long.
Article 8
FusionX services are processed by FusionX systems. If a customer discovers a security flaw and does not report it, FusionX may take legal action and close the customer account without warning or fee.
Article 9
FusionX does not guarantee activity levels or prevent drops in any order.
Article 10
Do not place a second order on the same profile, username or link before the first order has been fulfilled. Doing so may waste funds and cause delivery delays.
Anyone who registers and places an order with FusionX accepts these rules and may not complain or claim rights contrary to them.
General Conditions
- Incorrect, irregular, incomplete or misleading information, statements that do not comply with general moral rules and information that contradicts international law must not be recorded on the site.
- Unauthorized copying of site content, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
- The user is responsible for losses resulting from sharing user names, passwords or granted use rights with third parties or organisations. A user may not access or use another user's private information without consent, including IP address, email address or username. The user accepts any resulting legal and criminal liability.
- Using software that risks site security, prevents operation or obtains, modifies or deletes data is prohibited.
- Disturbing other site users or using incorrect and unethical emails, SMS or other notifications to manipulate or encourage users is prohibited.
Persons who ignore the above articles are deemed to have accepted any legal and penal liability that may arise.
Terms of Use
The general appearance and design of FusionX websites and applications together with all information, pictures, FusionX brands and other brands, names, logos, icons, demonstrative, written, electronic, graphic or machine-readable technical data are owned or licensed by FusionX. Related intellectual and industrial property rights, including computer software, the applied sales system, business method and business model, are legally protected. Materials, code and software may not be changed, copied, reproduced, translated, licensed, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, presented or distributed without prior permission. FusionX websites and applications may not be used in whole or in part on another website without permission. Contrary actions may create legal and criminal responsibility. FusionX reserves all rights not expressly stated here.
Responsibilities
- To serve users better, FusionX websites and applications may track user information including visit time and pages viewed.
- A user may not interfere with other users or visitors, install software that could harm or lock servers or databases or otherwise compromise FusionX systems. Membership may be terminated and the user accepts resulting legal and criminal liability.
- Users are not authorised to back up, store or share messages or chat logs created with FusionX administration without consent. FusionX reserves all privacy rights.
- A user may delete an account and end membership through a support request. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed. FusionX may erase records for an account terminated by its user. The user is not eligible for rights or compensation for erased records.
- FusionX websites and applications may contain links or references to third-party websites. FusionX is not responsible for their content or other links they contain.
- Different rules and obligations may be specified for particular sections of FusionX websites and applications. Users of those sections are deemed to have accepted those rules in advance.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
Article 1
Transactions recorded by FusionX websites and applications are held in strict confidence and are not disclosed to third parties, institutions or organisations except where required to provide the service or comply with law.
Article 2
When you use the FusionX interface, payment transactions are carried out between the relevant payment processor and your device.
Article 3
You may use the contact details below to communicate with us at any time. Only the client has access to the data submitted into the system and may edit that data. This information may not be accessed or changed by unauthorised persons.
Refund Policy
Your payment method will not receive cash refunds. Deposits cannot be reversed once made and any account balance must be used for orders from FusionX.
By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us without first contacting FusionX support to resolve the matter.
If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, FusionX may terminate future orders, ban the account and take action regarding services delivered to your or your client's social media account.
Orders placed through FusionX websites and applications cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted. If an order is non-deliverable, you will receive a refund credit to your FusionX account where applicable.
Orders placed on a private, lost, removed or changed account are not eligible for a refund. Confirm that the profile is public and correct before placing an order.
Orders for TikTok photos or slideshows will not be delivered. All TikTok orders must be for videos. Refunds are not made for orders placed for TikTok photos or slideshows.
Your account may be terminated for fraudulent activity, including use of credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency accounts, CashApp accounts or PayPal accounts that are not your own. There are no exceptions and a FusionX account may be terminated without warning.
Social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok may update without notice. If an update affects delivery, a refund is not due unless FusionX systems compensate the affected balance.
FusionX may take away followers or likes delivered in response to insults or abuse directed at administrators, moderators or staff members.
A request for cancellation or refund will not be fulfilled once an order has been submitted to the system. The system returns the balance automatically if an order is not fully or partially completed.
Every customer registered with FusionX accepts the rules and conditions above and may not complain or claim rights contrary to them. FusionX reserves the right to change the terms of use without notice.
